Staff were caring, hotel was clean, set in good area right by freeway, a cafe called 'Ministry of Coffee Los Angeles', Westwood downtown. Rooms with 2 Queen beds and the spa bath, as for instance. It's the best 4-star experience I ever had.

The room was beautifully designed plus the staff was knowledgeable. Quiet location at a moderate distance from University Bible Church. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Breakfast looked healthy with lots of options.

the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was average and had plenty of food. the location was very peaceful and had stunning views. the place was within walking distance of rubio's coastal grill, where you can have dinner.
Disappointing aspect was disgusting bathroom.

The rooms were gorgeous, it was tidy and spacious venue. Staff were REALLY KIND all that time. I got free upgrade and loved it. Practical location - around 4-6 minutes walk from a roman catholic church. Fast check in and late check out.
Breakfast, it was extremely bad, could be much better.
